The ability of the heart and lungs working together to move oxygenated throughout the body for a long period of time.
The ability of muscles to perform tasks for a long period of time.
The ability of muscles to perform difficult (heavy) tasks for a short period of time.
The muscles ability to move through a range of motion.
Body Mass Index (BMI) calculated by measuring height and weight.
All of the components will be measured at least once a year using the Fitnessgram Tests.
