5th Grade Cognitive Assessment

Every year Yoshikai 5th grade students take a cognitive fitness assessment.  This assessment is used to determine their level of knowledge about the Fitness Gram physical fitness assessments and the components of physical fitness.  Students may take this test by following this link.
